Chicken Parmesan Bake



2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
hot red pepper flakes, to taste
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (I used 5, but they were huge!)
2 cups marinara sauce
1/4 cup chopped basil
8 oz mozzarella, shredded
4 oz Parmesan, grated
1 (5-oz) package garlic croutons

Spread oil and garlic in bottom of 9x13 pan. 

Sprinkle hot red pepper flakes in bottom of pan.

Place chicken flat in bottom of pan.

Dump marinara over the top covering chicken completely.

Sprinkle basil and cheeses over marinara.

Spread croutons over the top of the cheese.

Srpinkle more cheeses over top of croutons.

350 degree oven for 35 minutes or until chicken is done to 155.
