Cheesy Shredded Zucchini




Put about a teaspoon of butter into your frying pan (use more or less depending on the amount of zucchini you cook). 

Next, grate your zucchini into the pan and cook at a medium temperature.

Stir occasionally.
Your zucchini will get all soft and mushy.
Add the cheese.However much you prefer.
For extra flavor, add, diced jalepenos, sausages, and onion flakes.
Serve and enjoy. It’s great by itself, or as a side dish.
